- We do not share any personal information to outside sources. All information gathered by us is kept strictly confidential and is for our use only.
- Our coffee is made to order and this is the reason it can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to process your order. This ensures that our commitment that our product will be the freshest upon arrival.
- Orders MUST have a valid address and email address. Chat 'n Brew does not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally.
- If the shipment has to be re-routed due to an incorrect address, there will be an additional handling fee of $15.
- If a product is out of stock, Chat 'n Brew will notify the customer immediately. The customer will not be charged until the product ships.
- Chat 'n Brew strives to make sure that every order is accurate before shipping. If the customer receives a short- ship, please advise Chat 'n Brew immediately so that the balance can be shipped.
- Dependent on order amount, there may be multiple packages shipped.
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- For faster shipping, please contact us to make expedited shipping arrangements.
- Chat 'n Brew does not ship on weekends. If an order is received on Saturday, it will go out within the next business day.
- All expedited orders must be received by noon for same day shipping.
- "Transit times" are approximate and are determined by the carrier.
- Please be advised that Chat 'n Brew will not refund shipping charges in the event of a serious occurrence- whether Mother Nature related or otherwise.
- In the rare situation where a shipment is lost in transit, Chat 'n Brew will research the problem. If necessary, a replacement shipment will go out as soon as possible.
- In the unlikely event the shipment is refused by a customer, the order will be subject to a restocking fee of $15.
- Please inspect shipment thoroughly upon receipt. If there are any issues, please contact Chat 'n Brew immediately for assistance. Please maintain all packaging for inspection by carrier.
Return policy:
- If an order needs to be returned, please contact Chat 'n Brew prior to shipping.
- Unless Chat 'n Brew is at fault, customer assumes all return shipping costs.
